Don has worked 24 years in the orthopedic industry serving in various C-level and executive R&D, Marketing and Business Development roles. Don has served in both large corporations and start-ups including Depuy-Synthes, Biomet, DVO, and Genesis Innovation Group.
Don co-founded DVO–Extremity Solutions LLC, which was sold to Tornier, Inc. in 2007.
Don has a BSME from Wright State University and MSME from the University of Cincinnati and holds 13 issued and pending patents.
